The champion team and the best player of the final match of the 2021 Brazilian Cope Verde (Green Cup) annual football tournament will be awarded wooden trophies certified by the FSC® - Forest Stewardship Council ® and conceived by designers Guido Guedes and Alessandra Delgado. The production of the trophies is the result of the partnership between BVRio, Coomflona cooperative, FSC Brazil and the designers who collaborate with the Design & Sustainable Wood initiative.

The official launch of the Cope Verde 2021 took place on 12 October, in Belém, held by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) and will have the participation of 24 clubs. The championship promotes the zero carbon cause and compensates for the emission by planting new trees. According to the CBF, 4,200 have already been planted (under agroforestry) in partnership with local farmers.
